Happy, happy, happy

By Bette Lee Crosby / January 31, 2013

AnnivFlowersWhat is a blog for if not to share the good and bad times of our life. This is one of the good times. Hubby and I recently elebrated our 26th wedding anniversary and he urprised me with  beautiful bouquet of white roses. There was also dinner and a show. We saw “Funny Girl” at the Riverside theatre and while no one can possibly measure up to the great Strisand, Courtney Balan gave an excellent performance in her role as Fanny Brice.

Marriage is never easy. there are always ups and downs, good times and bad, and a few of the he-said-she said moments but looking back over the past twenty six years, I can honestly say I’ve been blessed with a husband who goes above and beyond my expectations, and an extended family of children and grandchildren that I am proud to claim as my own. God is good.
