I was recently honored to be a guest and share some advice on the ALLi Self-Publishing blog, especially honored since the title of this regular feature is called “How I Do It – The Secrets to Successful Self-Publishing. To visit the ALLi blog and read the post CLICK HERE If you are an Author, you might want to consider becoming a part of this awesome group. It is a place where you can stay abreast of industry news and participate in trend-setting discussions.
Although this past October my novel SPARE CHANGE was featured on the USA Bestseller List, I seldom think of myself as a Bestselling Author. I tend to see myself as a storyteller, who is lucky enough to be doing what I love. I come from a Southern family and I most often write in a Southern voice. It is that voice and the characters who are so very real to me that readers have taken to heart.
I am also a voracious reader. I love to read books, discuss book, hear book recommendation and share books I have enjoyed. In that interest, I will soon be adding a new feature to the blog. Each month I will post the books on my reading list for the month and will welcome comments from other readers.
