Dewey 24 Hour Read-a-thon Mini Challenge and GIVEAWAY

Welcome to Dewey’s 24 Hour Read-a-thon. I know you’re in your 17th hour, if you’re still awake,  I have a pick-me-up mini challenge to keep you going!

First, thank you to Dewey’s 24 Hour Read-a-thon for letting me host a mini challenge. This read-a-thon was started from such a great cause and I love that they carry on the tradition. To read more about it CLICK HERE.

Here’s the setup about your mini-challenge prize:

I have written an award-winning, USA Today Bestselling stand alone series called Wyattsville. Below you’ll find more information about the first two books in the series, Spare Change and Jubilee’s Journey. Don’t worry, you don’t have to read the series in any particular order. They are stand alone books.

The third book in the series won’t be available until January 2015, but just for Dewey’s 24 hour read-a-thon participants, I’m giving away advanced reading ebook copies for the mini challenge prize!

Mini-Challenge for your prize!

I tried doing comments last time but the response was overwhelming so I am switching to a contact form with TWO OPTIONS. Your challenge is to type in the book title, author and a RANDOM QUOTE from a page in the book you’re reading right now in the comments. If you’d like to receive the eBook, fill out the contact form too.

About the author

Bette Lee Crosby

USA Today Bestselling and Award-winning novelist Bette Lee Crosby's books are "Well-crafted storytelling populated by memorable characters caught up in equally memorable circumstances." - Midwest Book Review The Seattle Post Intelligencer says Crosby's writing is, "A quirky mix of Southern flair, serious thoughts about important things in life and madcap adventures." Samantha from Reader's Favorite raves, "Crosby writes the type of book you can't stop thinking about long after you put it down." "Storytelling is in my blood," Crosby laughingly admits, "My mom was not a writer, but she was a captivating storyteller, so I find myself using bits and pieces of her voice in most everything I write." It is the wit and wisdom of that Southern Mama Crosby brings to her works of fiction; the result is a delightful blend of humor, mystery and romance along with a cast of quirky charters who will steal your heart away. Her work was first recognized in 2006 when she received The National League of American Pen Women Award for a then unpublished manuscript. She has since gone on to win nineteen awards for her work; these include: TheRoyal Palm Literary Award, the FPA President's Book Award Gold Medal, Reader's Favorite Award Gold Medal, and the Reviewer's Choice Award.
