Breakfast at the Beach House Hotel by Judith Keim on Bette's Bookshelf

This is a delightful light-hearted read that will have you longing to join these two friends as they establish a upscale boutique hotel on the sandy beaches of Florida. The unique friendship between Annie and Rhoda was warm and caring and the characters were well-developed. An undercurrent of tension moves the story along swiftly and you will love both of these slightly flawed and ever so feisty women. Spending a day at the Beach House Hotel is like a small vacation. Highly recommended.
