How to cook potato salad

8 large potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup green onions
1 jar diced pimiento
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 20 minutes.
Drain and cool slightly.
Combine potatoes, eggs, celery, pickle relish, onions, and pimiento in a large bowl, tossing gently.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
Add both and toss gently.
