How to cook coleslaw

1 head cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper, and pickle relish in a large bowl.
Toss gently.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, and salt, stir well.
Pour mayonnaise mixture over cabbage mixture and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
You can add purple cabbage for color.
