A Note from Bette Lee…

Welcome. I’m delighted that you’ve stopped by for a visit. I hope you’ll take a few minutes to explore my website, browse through my books and get to know a bit more about me.

One thing you should know is that I love talking to readers. I’m happy to talk about almost anything—books, children, grandchildren, hobbies, hubbies, recipes and a whole lot more. They are the things that make up my day-to-day life, and they are important to me just as I am sure they are important to you. These are the same things I write about. Some of my favorite novels began with a simple conversation that inspired me to think, but what if it happened in a slightly different way…

You might think that after a long day at the computer writing, I’d be anxious to get away from it, but I’m not. My guilty pleasure is hanging out on Facebook and chatting with followers. At the end of the day, it’s like meeting friends for a late night cup of tea and a bit of conversation. If you post something on my Facebook page, you can be sure, I will answer it.

We talk about books, the ones we loved, the ones we didn’t and the ones we can’t wait to read. From time to time we also do group reads, sometimes of my books and sometimes of other popular favorites.
