Fried Dill Pickles – #southerncomfort

1 quart dill pickles
1 2/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons red pepper
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup beer
Oil for frying


1. Place pickles in a plastic bag with 1 cup flour and shake until coated.

2. Combine remaining ingredients and dip pickles into beer batter.

3. Deep fry in hot oil until they float to the surface and are golden brown.
