Bette Lee Crosby's Fan of the Month – Maria
My fans are Very Important People. Without them I wouldn't be able to do what I'm doing. That's why I created Fan of the Month so I can celebrate readers and book bloggers who have reviewed my books. For this once a month feature – Fan of the Month – I'll be showcasing my fans. They deserve a big round of applause!
Maria is one of my fans. Three months ago she told me she was coming to Florida on vacation and I penciled her in on my calendar. The week before she arrived, we confirmed the date and made sure it would happen. One of the great things about living in Florida is that people often come here for vacation and that makes it easier for us to plan to get together..
Maria and I met for lunch and oh what fun we had. It ended up being a 3-hour lunch in a lovely restaurant beside the ocean. We ate, we drank and we laughed. A lot. When we parted you would have sworn we were lifelong friends…and to be honest that's exactly how it felt to me.
Maria is an avid reader who reviews and talks about the books she's read on Goodreads. In addition to the hudreds (maybe thousands) of other books she's read, she's also read all of my books. Given all the books she's read I am super honored to be tagged as one of her favorite authors.

I'm a happily married mom with a wonderful family and some loving and spoiled animals. I have 3 furbie cats and 1 precious Italian Greyhound dog named Sheila! I love to read and support book stores and libraries staying open.

Hi everyone!
The number one thing in my life is the Lord and to honor Him. So even in my reading I try to make sure I read things that are approving to Him. I have been a book reviewer I believe over 3 years now. I love it. I have reviewed for hundreds of different authors. Some i still review for and others I gave up because it wasn't my type of reading material.
I usually have 2 to 3 books going at a time. I have a Kindle for night time reading and a paperback for reading during the day. I do not work anymore so I can pretty much devote my time to reading. I love Mysteries, Christian Fiction, and Amish Fiction. I pretty much read anything as long as it is clean.
I have a lot of favorite authors and I would say Bette Lee Crosby is at the top. I also love quilting and belong to a couple of quilting groups. I love drawing also and recently have been drawing and painting again. Next is my Family. I have been married going on 39 years to my husband Chris and we have 2 sons. They are 38 and 34. And whats better then your own kids but grandchildren! I have 5. Tylar 15, Alyssa 13, McKenzie 12, Maddi 6 and Micah 3. They are growing up too fast.

Fan of the Month – Becky!
Becky sent me some perfect summer reading pictures, of her reading my books of course! I enjoyed learning more about her and I'm sending her to gift card for dinner on me! If you'd like to be my Fan of the Month just scroll down to the bottom to find out how.
Here's Becky:
To tell you a little more about me, I have a twin sister. Yup, there is 2 of me! I went back to school and became a nurse at the age of 40. Now, I am retired.
This gives me plenty of time to work on my “crafts”. I paint with acrylics on canvas and at the moment working on getting ready for Christmas craft shows. I am making painted bottles (yes, wine bottles or any other kind of bottles) with Christmas lights on the inside (no, I didn't empty all the bottles!!!) and I am painting on canvas bags.
Besides my crafts, I stay busy at my church as a volunteer with things like the Food Bank, the Help Center, Welcoming Guests after Church.
I am also a grandmother. My closest grand-babies live about two hours away and I love spending time with them. My grandson who lives in Maine, is ten hours away, so I don't get to see him very often. Of course, to be a grandmother, means I have two wonderful children. Rachel is my oldest and has three children, and my son Philip lives in Maine with my grandson.
My husband, Dale, has also retired, so we love to travel. Punta Cana is our favorite place. We also love Ocean City, Maryland which is only an hour from where we live. I am going on a cruise this month with my girlfriends and then in September, my husband and I are meeting some friends in Myrtle Beach for a week!
Every spare minute I have, I am reading! I love to read! I have read every thing that you have written!!! Most of your books were read on the beach of Punta Cana! So, please keep writing!
I had already read, Spare Change; Memory House, Cracks in the Sidewalk, and Baby Girl before the trip. During the vacation, I read Jubilee Journey, Passing Through Perfect, The Loft, What the Heart Remembers, The Twelfth Child, Previously Loved Treasures, and started on Wishing for Wonderful. So, that's six books plus the start of the seventh book in one week!!! I was in Heaven!!!

FAN of the MONTH – April
April is part of my Advance Reviewer Group and I've had the pleasure of talking with her via email as she reviews my books. I asked if she would mind being my Fan of the Month for April and then I realized her name is April! I swear it wasn't planned. I hope you enjoy learning more about her and a small gift is on the way.
Hello, I'm April. I'm in my late 30's and my intense love of books has only deepened as I've aged. My parents read to me from the time I was born until I could read to myself and in doing so they gave me a great gift I could never repay. Books are everything to me! And I'll read almost anything you hand me, cereal box, junk mail, you name it. Ha ha!!
So when I'm lucky enough to find a wonderful new author like, Bette Lee Crosby, I can't tell you how exciting it is! I live with my boyfriend of many years (and our four very different cats) who also enjoys reading (but not quite like I do which is book after book lol).
Recently I was diagnosed with a chronic pain condition and a few chronic illnesses and was forced to stop working and was just devastated but my love of reading has really saved me! It's gotten me through some very difficult times lately and some long days.
When I'm reading one of Ms. Bette Lee Crosby's books I can forget about pain and unwell feelings and just fall into the worlds she created in her books with her amazing talent. Reading is unlike any other entertainment, you can build the story up in your mind, see the details as you picture them and explore it all in your mind.
Getting lost in a great book you can forgot your troubles or stress for hours/days/weeks! It's truly an amazing thing. Thank you for your wonderful books Ms.Crosby, I can't tell you how much they've helped me and entertained me. 🙂
